Monday through Friday: 7am - 5pm

Saturday: 9am - 4pm

Sunday: 9am - 2pm

We accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover for card payments.

We also accept cash and check.

Yes, we do sell gift cards! Great for yourself, a family member, or a friend. The gift card will work at our nursery and at all 8 Pacific Topsoils locations.

Please call the nursery directly or stop by in person to purchase a gift card.

Returns

We offer a 14 day return policy on regularly priced trees, shrubs, perennials and hard goods. Annuals (including vegetables and herbs), houseplants, seasonal items and clearance items are final sale. Item must be returned in the condition it left the nursery in, including the original package or container. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.

Plant Guarantee

We offer a six month guarantee on regularly priced trees, shrubs and perennials. Annuals (including vegetables and herbs), houseplants, seasonal items and clearance items are final sale.

Plants are living things that require regular care and maintenance. This includes but is not limited to-

· Regular watering

· Proper placement and planting

· Fertilizing or feeding, specific to the plant

· Protection from predators and weather

If your plant has failed due to factors not listed above within six months of your original purchase date, you can return it, accompanied by your original receipt to the nursery. Deceased plant material will be replaced with an identical plant or a store credit will be issued if the plant is not in stock.

The easiest way to check stock is to come in and take a look! Our stock rotates fairly often and it's hard to keep a perfect list of what we have at any given time.

Pets are welcome at the nursery as long as they are on leash and with you at all times. They are not allowed inside the barn.

We do not deliver any of our nursery products.

Pacific Topsoils does deliver bulk topsoil, rock, and bark. But the nursery does not do any type of plant delivery.
